Rebecca was appointed Managing Director of Laing O’Rourke’s Australian operations in April 2022 and brings extensive experience in strategy development and execution. Rebecca was appointed to Laing O’Rourke’s Group Executive Committee in 2018, with responsibility for Strategy and Transformation. She was instrumental over the years as the group’s Strategic Advisor, leading the development of the Deliver 2025 global strategy and its rollout across the company’s European and Australian operations. Rebecca was responsible for strategy and transformation – innovation, research and development, and material commercial ventures across the Laing O’Rourke group globally, with a focus on achieving Laing O’Rourke’s mission of being the recognised leader for innovation and excellence
Prior to joining Laing O’Rourke, Rebecca acted as a freelance advisor to start-ups, small to medium enterprises and large private corporations. She has particular experience in the oil and gas, mining, construction, industrial products and retail industries.
