Michael joined Icon in 1998 and became a State Director in 2009. Over the years Michael has been responsible for the strategic business direction and growth of Barpa nationally, and Icon NSW, QLD, ACT, WA, NT and Pacific Islands divisions.
Michael has demonstrated ability to manage complex projects within the defence, pharmaceutical, education and health sectors. He has led the growth of the business since its inception and has been instrumental in securing over $400 million of projects.
As an Executive Director, Michael plays a key role in the strategic direction of company operations. He is commercially astute and his practical management skills enable him to focus on the needs of clients and staff. He has an overall responsibility for the performance of different divisions, ensuring a quality result is delivered in a same, timely and environmentally sensitive manner.
