Mr Fontana joined Ghella in 2016 to start-up and manage Ghella’s Middle East branch in the UAE. In 2019 he took the role of Managing Director for Ghella Australia.
With 20 years of experience in Europe, Middle East and Australia across different industries, Mr Fontana can apply his strategic mindset and leverage on lesson learnt on the delivery of a diverse arrays of projects.
Prior to joining Ghella, Marco worked with international strategy consultancy group, Booz Allen Hamilton, advising private and public companies on highly strategic assignments and with a premier UAE private equity group active in emerging markets within the infrastructure sector.
Marco holds a bachelor’s in business administration (Hons) and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
