Cathy Hayes has 25 years’ experience working in the building and construction industry. Commencing her career as a registered architect, Cathy has been recognised as a leader in global architecture, digital design practices and a champion of change.
Cathy joined CPB Contractors’ NSW & ACT Building business in 2017 and has played a leading role in the winning of significant infrastructure projects. Today, as a member of the NSW & ACT Senior Leadership Team, Cathy is responsible for supporting business growth through the delivery of the region’s client strategy within the Civil, Tunnelling and Building sectors.
A strong advocate for customer focus, collaboration and the advancement of women across the industry, Cathy is also a contributor to the Australian Constructors Association’s Culture Working Group where she promotes positive cultural change so that we can build a more sustainable industry.
