Sarah is an experienced generalist HR Manager who has successfully managed and led HR teams in the delivery of both operational services and strategic initiatives in Australia and overseas. Sarah works closely with the Icon management team and key stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes aligned to the Icon organisational values. Her broad range of HR skills includes Workplace Relations, Remuneration and Benefits, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Attraction and Retention, Global Assignments, and Learning and Development.
