Samantha Johnson is the Executive General Manager Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) at McConnell Dowell. Originally from a risk and insurance background, Samantha has worked for McConnell Dowell since 2000 and moved into the EGM HSEQ role in 2015. Samantha’s background in insurance included injury management, workers compensation claims management and the management of all types of risk, including people risk.
Working closely with project teams across multi-discipline projects globally, Samantha strongly believes that collaboration and trust are essential ingredients for success. Samantha encourages the development of new leaders, highlighting that energy and diversity are enablers and core to the long-term success of a business.
