Commission hears from the WorkCover CEO in relation to a national safety model for the high risk construction and building industries.

The Commission also heard evidence from Managers from Hansen Yuncken, Minuzzo Construction, Alstrom Power, John Hindmarsh (SA), Multiplex Constructions (SA) with a particular emphasis on enterprise bargaining and EBA's.

Commissioner Cole dismissed the bias application brought by the NSW branch of the CFMEU, refusing to disqualify himself from continuing the Royal Commission inquiry on the grounds that no bias was demonstrated by the release of the first report.
