Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer since July 2010, Finance Director July 2010, Chief Financial Officer from October 2009 to July 2010.

Mr Fenn is an experienced commercial, strategic and financial executive with over 20 years experience in operational management, strategic development and financial management.

Mr Fenn was previously a member of the Qantas Executive Committee, Chairman of Star Track Express and a Director of Australian Air Express.

Mr Fenn held a number of senior roles at Qantas Airways Limited including Executive General Manager of Strategy and Investments and Executive General Manager – Associated Businesses, responsible for the Airports, Freight, Flight Catering and Qantas Holidays businesses.

Mr Fenn holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mr Fenn lives in Sydney.
